The following Payment Options are
available as you 'Checkout' your order...

Credit Card
If you choose to pay by Credit Card then at the last stage of the Checkout Process, as you Confirm your order, your browser will be directed to the NetCash Secure Online Payment Gateway for Credit Card Payment processing, and after completing the transaction your browser will be returned to our website for final confirmation from us. At the same time an eMail will be sent to you with the details of your order - if you do not receive this eMail please contact us as soon as possible. You will receive at least two emails in fact; one from us (order confirmation) and one from the payment gateway (payment confirmation).

Bank Deposit/Transfer (EFT)
Direct payment to our bank can be made simplest by Internet Banking but also by Manual Transfer, Cheque or Cash deposit, or by any other means available to you. At the last stage of the Checkout Process after you Confirm your order, an eMail will be sent to you with the details of your order and payment instructions (our banking details are included), if you do not receive this eMail please contact us. To prioritise your order please send proof of payment to us by eMail (sales@powerball.co.za), Fax (0215593966), or by Hand if your order is being collected directly from us. Cheque deposits will attract a clearance period as ruled by the bank(s) involved - the order itself will remain intact and ready to ship at a moments notice.

Payment on Collection (COD)
Will be accepted for orders being collected directly from us (including casual over-the-counter sales). A number of payment methods are available at the point of collection/sales-counter:

• Online Banking Transfer (EFT) - Internet facilities are available at the point of collection for online banking. Other electronic means (eg. personal cellphone) must result in a suitable payment confirmation finding its way either to our eMail inbox (sales@powerball.co.za), Fax machine (0215593966), or in hand by Printed Hardcopy before an order can be released. Verbal or any other non-tangible confirmation will not be accepted.
• Credit Card (VISA and MASTERCARD accepted) - Payment procedure is facilitated by this website.
• Cash - In the form of Cash Notes denoted preferably in South African Rands (ZAR), alternatively US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) and British Pounds (GBP) are acceptable at the prevailing rate as ruled by www.xe.com (this is not negotiable) at the time of the transaction. Cheques will not be accepted as cash payment unless they are "Bank Guaranteed" by a local South African (FICA legal) Credit Provider (Bank).

NOTE: Payment prior to collection is advised if you are nominating collection on your behalf (by courier, friend, etc..), or if you want absolutely no hassles when collecting your order. To be absolutely sure bring along proof of payment or wait until you receive notification from us that payment has been received.
